Kimball's did an excellent job on a old carpet in my mother's house. The cleaning and disinfecting mad ethe whole house smell so much better. Wonewoc Library

When I was visited by Kimball Commercial Services on a sales cold call about carpet cleaning services, I was hesitant. As director of the Wonewoc Public Library, I had always used a large, commercial company and been happy. However, I prefer to use local businesses when possible and decided to give them a try. It was the best decision I could have made. Not only are they professional, courteous and prompt, but they gave me a great price and did an amazing job! We had some stubborn stains after having skipped one year of cleaning, and Kimball Services diligently worked on them until they were all removed. The carpet never looked so clean and smelled so fresh! I've now signed up fo a biannual clean to maintain our carpets (and was offered a discount for going to twice a year). I highly recommend this awesome local company.
